ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A BOOKING FEE - BOOKING DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Deposit amounts vary depending on appointment type. This amount will be deducted from the total balance owing at your appointment.
Bookings are transferable to another date as long as atleast 48 hours notice is given. Each client will be allowed to reschedule ONE TIME. After this you will forfeit your deposit. Please check your email or fresha bookings to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours before the day. Appointments cannot be rescheduled less than 48 hours before their start time, to do so, it needs to be moved on the phone call with the artist.
No show/No call and cancellations in less than 24 hours before your schedule start time, won’t be obligable for a deposit refund and will be charged the full amount owning. The price has an ability to change and the discounts are not always usable.
Touch-up appointments are only available to current clients(clients that got permanent makeup with Hanna Savinykh). If you have permanent makeup made by another artist, you will have to book a "Touch Up of another Artist Work" appointment as you are considered a new client to Hanna Savinykh, before that appointment you will be contacted by Hanna and asked to send a photo of the lips/brows without any makeup, to see if Hanna’s “Touch Up of another Artist Work” appointment is able to help you.
If this is your first time having a permanent makeup procedure, please keep in mind two appointments are needed to achieve optimal results(main appointment and a touch up). These appointments take place approximately 4-6 weeks apart, and those are two different appointments booked separately. After these two appointments, another touchup is recommended approximately from 8 months to a year and a half to maintain your permanent makeup.
Consultations are included when booking your initial permanent makeup procedure, on the same day, right before we get to work.
After you book your appointment, please contact me and send me a photo of the area without any makeup, directly.
If needed, other instructions will be sent directly to the email address you provide as soon as you complete booking online. Location all the other information about your booking is also included in this email, so please make sure you read it and refer to all the links provided.
