CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To prevent infection, complications, and allergic reactions, it is important to follow these recommendations after the procedure:
General Guidelines
- Avoid the sauna, sunbathing, swimming pools, and open water bodies for 10 days.
- Use a special anti-inflammatory, wound-healing ointment for 10 days (if needed).
- Do not touch pigmented areas with dirty hands.
- Do not wet pigmented areas for 30 hours after the procedure.
- Refrain from cosmetic procedures (including injections) for 3 weeks after the procedure.
Specific Care Instructions
Eyebrows:
- Avoid wetting eyebrows for 24 hours after the procedure.
- Apply healing balm as follows:
- First 2 days: Apply twice daily (morning and evening).
- Next 5-7 days: Apply once daily (at night).
Lips:
- Avoid wetting lips for 24 hours after the procedure.
- Exclude hot and cold drinks (use a straw) and eat carefully to avoid contact with the treated area.
- Apply healing balm as follows:
- For 5 days: Apply three times daily (morning, day, evening) or whenever the lips feel dry.
- Afterward, switch to colourless, fragrance-free hygienic lipstick or balm.
Additional Recommendations
- Gently blot moisture with non-woven napkins—avoid rough towels.
- Refrain from sports or water activities for 2-3 weeks.
- Avoid decorative cosmetics, alcohol-based products, soap, scrubs, peels, or hormonal preparations on the treated area for 2 weeks.
- Avoid oils and masks during the recovery period.
- Postpone removal of excess hair until the area is fully healed and crusts (if any) have disappeared.
- Protect the area from direct sunlight or UV exposure (e.g., solarium) to prevent pigment fading. Use sunscreen to preserve the pigment.
- In winter, shield the area from frost and cold wind.
- Avoid taking antibiotics during the recovery period.
Maintenance
- TouchUp of Permanent Makeup should be done in 4-6 weeks.
- Renewal of Permanent Makeup is recommended every 1.5 to 2 years, depending on skin type and pigment retention.
